Centered on an 80-ton rated pressure and equipped with a high-performance pneumatic system, this stamping machine focuses on efficiency, stability, and precision. It is suitable for stamping processing of medium and thick metal sheets, meeting the mass production needs of hardware, home appliances, auto parts, and other fields.
- Powerful Power Output: Featuring an 80-ton pneumatic drive design, it delivers stable pressure and strong explosive force. It can easily stamp carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metal materials with a thickness of less than 8mm, avoiding workpiece deformation or processing interruptions caused by insufficient power.
- High Processing Efficiency: The pneumatic system has a fast response speed, with a minimum single stamping cycle of 0.8 seconds. Compared with traditional mechanical stamping machines, its efficiency is improved by about 20%. It also supports continuous automated operations, adapting to assembly line processing.
- Precise and Stable Control: Equipped with a CNC operating system, the stamping stroke and pressure can be adjusted accurately, with a positioning error controlled within ±0.02mm. This ensures the dimensional consistency of mass-produced workpieces and reduces the rejection rate.
- Pneumatic Drive System: Equipped with high-efficiency air cylinder and pressure valve. Stepless force adjustment, fast striking (30–120 times/min), no oil leakage, and low energy consumption.
- Precision Slider & Guide: HT300 cast iron slider (quenched, wear-resistant) with 4-column guide (0.02–0.05mm gap). Ensures stable movement and high positioning accuracy (≤0.03mm/100mm stroke).
- Safety & Control: Dual-hand safety buttons, optional photoelectric protector (complies with GB 27607-2011). PLC control with touchscreen (parameter setting, fault alarm) for easy operation.
